Returns...
Customer satisfaction is the primary goal at
Alabama
Prospecting Supply. We want you to be happy with items
you purchase from us. However, if you wish to return an item
from any reason, we offer the following guidelines. Please
keep in mind that this is a general policy statement and
that we will go out of our way to accommodate you when
unusual circumstances develop. It is our wish to be as fair
as possible, so please
contact
us if you have specific questions regarding the
return of any item.
Most
items purchased through our website or from our store are
returnable within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the
merchandise, subject to the following conditions:
1.
We cannot
refund shipping charges unless we have shipped the wrong
merchandise. A restocking fee may be charged if significant
paperwork, such as warranties, etc., must be reversed.
2.
Items
that we do not normally stock that we order specifically for
you are not returnable. You will be notified in advance if
this is the case
3.
You must
contact
us for a Return Authorization before returning any
item.
4.
Items
must be in new condition and include all original
paperwork/owner’s manuals to obtain a full refund.
Equipment that has been used cannot be returned for a
refund.
All
items with a manufacturer's warranty are subject to the
terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty. Such
items are generally repaired or replaced AT THE
MANUFACTURER'S OPTION and may not be returnable. We are
always happy to provide you with a copy of the
manufacturer's warranty prior to your purchase of such an
item. If the item is unused it may be possible to return it
for a refund if you contact us immediately upon receipt and
explain the situation.
If your
order is damaged in the process of being delivered the
carrier, UPS, POST OFFICE, or FedEx is responsible. Examine
all goods upon receipt for possible shipping damage, and
report any such damage to the carrier immediately. Keep all
the packaging from the damaged order as the carrier may need
to examine it in the claims process.
